The envelope of a building has to fulfil many physical requirements. Penetrations in the building envelope pose a particular challenge for thermal and moisture protection. Our Tyvek airtight sleeves are tear-resistant, water-repellent and resistant to ageing. They are perfect for quickly and permanently sealing penetrations in the building envelope.
The Tyvek adhesive collar offers particularly high adhesive strength. The grommets have a strain-relieving effect and are made from a permanently elastic EPDM rubber that can be used in a wide temperature range.

Permanently seal penetrations through masonry, soft wood fibre boards and floor panels.
We have developed EISEDICHT® aluminium-butyl airtight sleeves for metal, plastic and mineral or absorbent substrates.
Thanks to their very high adhesive strength, they enable the installer to professionally seal penetrations through the building envelope, especially on difficult substrates. The grommet is made from a permanently elastic EPDM natural rubber, which is highly resistant to ageing and can be used in a wide temperature range.
The aluminium-butyl airtight sleeves can be used above or below the floor slab as well as in the basement plinth area to prevent rising ground moisture. The high adhesive strength also allows them to be used in timber frame construction on the usual substrates, such as soft wood fibre and OSB boards.

Permanently airtight sealing and plastering over.
The EISEDICHT® nonwoven butyl airtight sleeves, with their excellent textured nonwoven adhesive surface, are suitable for fast and permanent sealing of penetrations. The special feature of these sleeves is that they can be plastered over.
In the case of penetrations through masonry, soft wood fibre boards and concrete, the fleece-butyl sleeves make it possible to create a clean plaster connection. They are also suitable for use in screed, ETICS or floor slabs. The adhesive collar consists of a butyl adhesive layer in combination with a synthetic non-woven fabric.
Please note: In order to achieve airtightness, it is necessary to plaster over the fleece-butyl adhesive collar.

MiniDICHT
EISEDICHT MiniDICHT
Airtight sealing in confined spaces.
The EISEDICHT® MiniDICHT sleeves have been specially developed for applications where space is at a premium. Despite their small size, the MiniDICHT collars have all the advantages of the EISEDICHT® airtight collars.
The only difference is the size of the adhesive collar. The product advantage of these collars is particularly evident where space is limited.
With MiniDICHT sleeves, you can easily and permanently seal penetrations in the tightest of spaces (e.g. in roller shutter boxes). The size of the adhesive collar requires careful handling of the tensile load. High stress on the adhesive surface should be avoided. It is therefore advisable to fix the pipework shortly after the sealing point.
